The IIAC has created this webpage to keep members apprised of recent updates regarding the novel coronavirus, and to highlight resources for members. This page will be updated as the situation evolves.
There are everyday actions that can help prevent the spread of germs that cause respiratory illnesses.
Please observe these steps to reduce your exposure to the virus and protect your health:
• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
• Sneeze and cough into your sleeve
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick
• Stay home if you are sick
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth which are common routes of contagion
• Minimize the amount of time spent in crowded public places
• Avoid handshaking and other forms of physical contact
• Do not share electronic devices
• Consider holding meetings via conference calls
